Items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused, clean, and with the safety tag attached and undamaged. Please email us if you wish to issue a return.

In what currencies do you place your orders?
Prices are shown and charged in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).

Al Aouj Boutique is located in the Mezzanine (Floor 1) at the Salhiya complex. Our opening hours are from 10 Am - 10 Pm!

What payment methods do you accept? How does Payment work?
Payment will be brought to you through a KNET machine or cash for delivery orders. As per pick-up, all payments will be held in store.

Where do we ship?
Al Aouj boutique is strictly a Kuwaiti-based Franchise and will carry out orders in Kuwait. However, international shopping is in the works and we will eventually start shipping worldwide. Stay tuned!
How long does an order take to be processed?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please allow our team 24-48 hours to fully process your order. As per pick-up, we will share the schedule for pick-up timings via email.
How to place an order?
Once you have placed your items in the basket and proceed to checkout, you will be asked for your details. Kindly fill out the shipping details and your email/mobile phone number.Â
As per payment, you will pay upon delivery through a KNET machine. (Please see accepted cards above)Â

What are the sizes you carry?
The sizes vary from product to product, some come in one size while other products have a variety of sizes.
